Surgoinsville BMA discusses rain gauges at sewer flow meter locations

Surgoinsville Mayor Merrell Graham told the BMA last week he will get the costs and timeline for rain gauge installation at Phipps Bend, and flow meters at the schools to accurately measure system infiltration.
